Mammoth - the Hot Springs Town View

Sunrise over Mammoth Hot Springs is a must-see event. This was in the spring of 2023. I'm not a big thermal feature person but I did enjoy this view with all the steam and the clouds and the rolling landscape. This was a stitch of approximately 24 images combined.

That means that what you're seeing is around 24 that were pieced together to get around 30-40,000 pixels wide. That's pretty big but it's my preferred method of capturing this breathtaking expanse of a view from the top of the hot springs overlook.

I don't too much care for the thermal features, as mentioned before, but I do love the views and sometimes I do capture some of the features. It's rare.
